"Every firm is different" has a grain of truth — but the range you'll pay is knowable, and we'd rather you saw it before picking up the phone. The pricing below is the same range we'd quote a firm at the same headcount and complexity in person.
If the range fits, we can move on to the substantive conversation about whether we're a good match. If it doesn't, you've saved a call.

What changes the number
Why a firm pays £100,
and another £150.
Three factors typically determine where in the range a given firm sits:
Cybersecurity intensity.
Firms handling high-value M&A, family-law work for high-net-worth clients, or large client-money flows have stricter security needs than a high-street commercial practice. Both fall inside Techsperience ONE — but the senior end uses more of the SOC, more conditional-access work, and more frequent alignment reviews.
Cloud and infrastructure complexity.
Hosted practice-management environments, multiple SharePoint geographies, large e-discovery footprints, or complex backup-and-DR arrangements move you up the range. A clean Microsoft-365-only firm sits lower.
Hybrid and multi-office working.
A single-office firm is simpler than one running a London HQ, two regional offices, frequent court attendance, and partners working from country homes. The technology has to follow the people; that costs more to do well.
We'll tell you exactly where in the range we'd price your firm, plainly, on the in-person meeting. No 30-day "discovery period" surprise quotes.
Frequently asked
Pricing questions,
answered plainly.
How much does Techsperience cost?
Techsperience ONE is priced per user, per month, between £100 and £150 (excluding VAT), with a typical starting point around £125 per user. A typical 20-person firm pays £2,000 to £3,000 per month; a 50-person firm pays £5,500 to £7,500; a 100-person firm pays £12,000 to £15,000.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, but it is usually equivalent to one month of the ongoing fee. More complex transitions — multi-office firms, mergers, or environments needing significant remediation — can be quoted higher. We confirm the figure as part of the in-person meeting, before any contract is signed.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Techsperience ONE contracts run for either 1 year or 3 years, with the 3-year option carrying a small annual price benefit. After the initial term, contracts continue on a rolling basis with three months’ notice on either side.
Is Cyber Essentials really included?
Yes. Annual Cyber Essentials certification is included in the per-user fee, with no additional charge for the assessment or the renewal. ISO 27001 alignment is also included; formal ISO 27001 certification (the audit) sits outside the fee if you choose to pursue it.
Are hardware and Microsoft 365 licences included?
No. Hardware and third-party software licences are billed separately. We do take a small margin on hardware — but it’s genuinely marginal, and our prices are usually still below supplier list. Microsoft 365 and other software licences are passed through at supplier rates.
Is there a free trial or a free IT audit?
No. We offer a 10-minute call to see if we’re well-matched, followed by an in-person meeting if we are. We don’t run a pre-sales technical audit as a free pitch — the substantive work happens after we’ve agreed to work together.
Will my price stay the same?
We review pricing annually with each client. Increases, when they happen, track our cost base — typically wages and software licences. We don’t ratchet existing clients to fund margin growth, and we’ll never put a price up without telling you well in advance.
What happens if our headcount changes?
Your monthly fee tracks your active user count. Add a new starter, the next month’s invoice reflects it. Same for a leaver. No back-billing, no annual true-ups.
