Do you work with SRA-regulated firms only?
Our legal practice is focused on SRA-regulated private-practice firms. We also work with legal chambers and boutique legal consultancies — contact us if you’re unsure whether you qualify.
Can you support our case management software?
Yes. We support the major UK practice-management platforms — Access Legal Case Management, Access Legal Proclaim, Actionstep, Clearmatter, Clio, Insight Legal, LEAP, Osprey, Quill, and others. We assess your existing stack on the first engagement and provide a compatibility opinion before any contract is signed.
What does SRA compliance require from our IT?
The SRA requires outcome-based security — confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client data. In practice this means access controls, MFA, encrypted devices, secure email, audit trails, retention policies, and a documented response plan. Cyber Essentials is a solid foundation.
We already have an IT company. How does a transition work?
We’ve handled many transitions from incumbent MSPs. We request the documentation, assess the environment, and handle the migration during a low-risk window. We build a transition plan before we sign anything.
Do you offer AML compliance support?
We support the technology side of AML compliance — including ID verification tooling, audit trail systems, and secure document management. We work alongside your compliance officer rather than replacing them.
